Will of Jane Lynn Doe

 

                 I, Jane Lynn Doe, a resident of the county of Doeville, state of Alabama, declare this my last Will. I revoke any Wills and Codicils made previously.

 

ARTICLE I

 DECLARATION

                I am married to John Doe. I further declare that all provisions in my will relating to my spouse and their relatives are to be in effect unless we become divorced.

                 I am the parent of 3 children, namely Nicholas Charles Doe, Tessa Lynn Doe, Matthew William Doe . All references to my children include my children now living, and any other born to or adopted by me in the future.

 

ARTICLE II

BEQUESTS

                I leave my 57 Chevy to Tom Johnson, I leave my John Wayne Movie Collection to Bill Doe, my father . The bequests made in this paragraph are in addition to other bequests made in this Will. If I leave a signed letter or memorandum requesting that specific articles of tangible personal property be given to named individuals, I ask that these bequests be honored in addition to those listed in this instrument. If someone listed predeceases me, then that specific bequest shall lapse.

 

ARTICLE III

 GENERAL DISPOSITION OF MY PROBATE ESTATE

                I leave the remainder of my estate to my spouse John Doe if they survive me. If my spouse doesn't survive me I leave the remainder of my estate to my children or their descendants if they survive me.
                 The shares for my children or grandchildren who have not yet reached the age of 25 are to held in trust until an age the Trustee deems appropriate, not to exceed 25 years of age.
                 The trust is to be created by my Trustee named below. The trust is to be administered for the benefit of the children. The Trustee is to manage and invest the assets of each trust, collect the income from the trust, and provided any amount the Trustee deems necessary for the child's support, maintenance, health and education until the age of 25. The Trustee is to have complete discretion as to the amounts, when, and for what purpose the money is to be spent for each child. The share of each child does not need to be equal. The Trustee is to have complete discretion as to the amounts.
                 The Trustee for the above named trust(s) shall be Barbie Smith. If Barbie Smith is unable or unwilling to act as Trustee, I name Jeff Jones Trustee. If Jeff Jones is unable or unwilling to act as Trustee, I name Brenda Allen Trustee.

 

 ARTICLE IV

GUARDIANSHIP OF MINOR CHILDREN

                 In the event I shall die as the sole parent of minor children or my spouse dies without nominating a Guardian I appoint Barbie Smith as the Guardian of my minor child(ren). If Barbie Smith does not survive me or fails to act as the Guardian of my minor child(ren), I appoint Jeff Jones as the Guardian of minor child(ren).

 

 ARTICLE V

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

                I appoint my spouse John Doe to be the Executor of my estate if they survive me. If John Doe does not survive me or ceases to act as my Executor, I appoint Steven Bybee to be the Executor of my estate. If Steven Bybee fails or ceases to act as my Executor, I appoint Bambi Johnson to be the Executor of my estate.

 

ARTICLE VI

CLAIMS, EXPENSES & TAXES

                My Executor shall be authorized to carry out all provisions of this Will. I further authorize my Executor to pay all claims allowable against my estate and authorize my Executor to pay all reasonable expenses incurred administering my estate. It will be the responsibility of my Executor to pay all estate, inheritance and any other taxes assessed against my estate.

 

WITNESSED

                I, Jane Lynn Doe, do hereby declare to the undersigned witness that this is to be my last Will. I further declare that I execute this Will freely and voluntarily in the presence of the named witnesses on the date stated in the state of Alabama

                Signed, sealed, published and declared by Jane Lynn Doe, the Testator above named, to be the Last Will in our presence, and we, all of whom were present at the same time, do hereby attest to the sound mind and believe to be of legal age of the testator. By signing below, each of us affirm that we are of legal age, free of undue influence and are in the presence of the testator and the other witnesses.
